What IS Liquid Leadership All About?

A lot of people over the years have asked me what does "Liquid Leadership" mean? The best way I can explain it is this:

"Liquid Leadership is a fluid style of leadership that continuously sustains the flow of ideas in an organization in order to create opportunities in an ever-shifting marketplace."

A mouthful I know. But things have changed on planet earth. We have a new workforce that does NOT think, act or do anything the way Baby Boomers do. So we HAVE to adapt.

I explain it best in my interview before my keynote address at MasterCard Worldwide for their Morning Brew program:

Baby Boomers were taught to "Sit Down. Shut Up. And Listen." And we did. We obeyed the rules. But a new generation has been taught a different way. A generation about to turn 40.

If you need help understanding this, and want to know the tools, tactics and strategies for the 21st Century, contact us at Liquid Leadership.

And thank you for stopping by,

Happy Holidays.
